Volunteer With Us
Being an all-volunteer group, we need all the help we can get. Currently we have the following volunteer needs:
Intern Coordinator
TLF is seeking a community-minded person to help coordinate various intern projects for 1-3 UCSC interns. The commitment involves attending steering committee meetings once every 2 weeks and scheduling weekly or bi-weekly meetings/calls with the interns in order to go over project progress. Event Setup Helpers
Our quarterly mixers require a lot of effort on our part to set up, and we could use help running errands, setting up tables, decorating, etc during these events.
Business to Classroom Coordinator
Supporting our schools is an important part of our Scotts Valley branch. TLF SV has need for someone to coordinate the process: communicate with the businesses and the teachers, keep a database of relationships, working outside organizations like the SV Ed Foundation.
